    I watched the show this morning, was impressed with the ingrediants in this grilled pork chop with lemon shallot chutney. I will try and assemble one cooking session and see how this meal turns out. Sadly, I am very disappointed. The preparation time is adequate at 15 minutes but the cooking time is poor. No way are you going to eat a pork chop after its been cooked 4-5 minutes on each side! Even if this show is made for television and with the time constraints, the chef [Big Daddy] should have said, place the pork chops in the oven for at least an additional 15-20 minutes then add the mixture and serve.
