This is a recipe that I will continue to make often. The topping that went with it is wonderful. Thank you Aaron.

This burger was awesome. The red pepper and tomato topping was the best. I don't normally go for things i haven't tried before, but this was something that i'm sure glad i tried.

It's hearty yet light, and the grill gives the portobello very nice flavor.

I DO NOT cook and WOW was this easy and soooooo good. We are always looking for healthy foods and this was so great you did not even realize it was good for you. I saw the show and made them the next night. I did not have fresh oregano so used cilantro (my favorite and it was AMAZING. My husband loved them and wants them at least once a month.
Thank you!!!

Wow. We saw Aaron make this on his show and tried it the next night. It's absolutely incredible how good this tastes and how closely it mimics the taste of a real burger. You get the smokey flavor of a really tasty grilled burger without having to worry about how much saturated fat you're consuming. We had ours along with some french fried sweet potatoe strips that we deep fried while the caps sizzled on the grill. I can't wait to have this at our next bbq so that I can introduce this find to my friends.
