I saw this recipe on the show and it looked awesome. Went out and bought the ingredients for the 4th of July holiday and what a hit! Everyone loved the burgers. Definitely a keeper in my recipe file. Hats off to Big Daddy.

I made these last night.I get tired of the same old boring beef burgers. I have tried ground turkey before but it has always been dry and no flavor. The package of ranch dressing added so much flavor. I agree with some who said it is salty. If you add extra salt in the meat then sprinkle some over the meat before cooking as the recipe states it will be salty. My husband loves salt so it didn't bother him. The kids and I don't like a lot of salt so we noticed the salt. I will omit the sprinkling of extra salt next time. it was really moist and good other than that. I had an exta one that I ate for lunch today. The mayo is so good especially after it sat overnight. So I think I will make the mayo a day ahead when I make them next time. I used 83/27 ground turkey it makes a difference in how juicy the burger will be too. I think I had been using 93/17 ground turkey before. Good job Big Daddy keep them coming!!

You did it again Big Daddy! These burgers have awesome flavor and the mayo is amazing. My family really enjoyed them, and I will try them again. Took the short cut by buying roasted peppers in the jar. (This saved a lot of time.

This turkey burger is easy and flavorful. The mayo is delicious and it is all you need on the burger. We omitted the bacon to lighten it up and we did not miss it one bit.

I have never been a fan of Turkey Burgers but this recipe changed that. The Burger was juicey and very flavorful. Aaron was right, the Sweet Pepper Mayo is all you will need on this burger. I truly love this recipe.

I didn't add salt to the meat or the mayo dressing. It was still fairly salty, but the flavor was really good! We used monterey jack cheese and turkey bacon, because that's what we had. If I had to roast my own peppers, I might consider it too time-consuming, too...but I cheated and bought a jar of already roasted peppers. We'll definitely be making these again.
