This recipe is fantastic. It was easy and good. The only thing I did different was I seasoned my hens in a brine for two days. They came out perfect!!!!! Will not hesitate to do again.

Who would've ever thought to deep fry a cornish hen?! This recipe is so simple, clever and very delicious. I cooked the hens in my Fry Daddy fryer, one at a time and was pleasantly pleased with the outcome.

I liked everything about this. Be sure to bake the hens long enough so they are done!

I love this recipe. Great combination of sweet and spice. This recipe should be good with chicken too.

Easy to make, everybody loved loved it. I had a get together for 6 of our friends and I made 4 cornish hens. I ordered Chinese fied rice & lo mein. Everybody loved it. I cut each hen in 4 and served it for dinner. Then I put the other 8 quarters in bowls to give our guestes to take home. Needless to say everyone loved it. It's like I'm a chef now. Me and my girlfriends watch your show all the time we love you. This was absolutley amazing
