I only made the dressing (but Iceberg salad is only as good as the dressing :- It is a wonderfully light tasting blue cheese dressing. I doubled the recipe and added 1 tsp of chopped fresh tarragon which added an earthy anise component that complemented the cheese and chives.

My husband and I fell in love with this salad at a favorite steak house. We just had to try and replicate it - this recipe was very close. It was easy to make and very delicious.

This was the best salad dressing I have ever made myself. It was so good. I made the whole salad and it was delicious. I had to sub garlic powder for the fresh as I have one family member who does not like raw garlic. The Tabasco is a must, it cuts through the fatty cheese and gives it a nice something in the background. I am eating a salad today with what was left and will be making another batch. Use really good blue cheese, it makes a difference. I used Point Reyes Farmstand Blue Cheese. I agree with MickeyKay--you will never buy bottled once you try this recipe--too easy and too good.

This was an awesome recipe! I blew my friends away with this recipe. It was easy to follow and the outcome was great. I have never been a huge fan of ranch dressing, but it looked so good on the show I just had to try it. I will definitely keep this dressing in my frig.

I am pickey about food and am skeptical about reviews. I looked over a few recipes and chose this one for its simplicity. What a great choice. I made the dressing to go with hot wings for a BBQ and it was the perfect combo of cool and tang with the spicy wings. I'll warn you that it's A LOT of bleu cheese for this amount of dressing--a complete change from what you'll find in any bottle. This recipe is too good and too simple to ever buy bottled dressing again.

Great recipe! Aarons son Justin is great on his show. To be so young, he's got great timing and adds so much to the show. He also eats so many different things many kids wont even try. Maybe he can be an influence on other children to try something other than chicken nuggets and fries. KEEP JUSTIN ON!
