A easy recipe doesn't always equal delicious...but this recipe does! What a great way to put a different twist on a hamburger. Simply delicious and will be a crowd pleaser all year long.

I love his show...Watched him make this burger an feel in love....I made it for my girlfriend and she loved it...We put tater tots in the middle with sharp chedder cheese..it was perfect...i love the fact you can put anything in the middle....

The possibilities are endless with this type of burger, and you can change it up so many different ways to your liking. I actually used ground turkey, so I added a couple extra swigs of Worstershire (to give more moisture. I also didn't have any shallots on hand, so I chopped some yellow onion, but put it in the actually meat mixture, rather than "inside". I saved the inside more for the cheese and mushrooms! These make HUGE burgers, but they were such a hit! I HIGHLY recommend!

Recently tried this recipe while on vacation and loved it!!! The burgers were indeed easy to prepare and tasted great. Burgers were very juicy, thick, and flavorful. Had burgers 2 nights within a week! Thanx Aaron!

My husband and I thought these were some of the best tasting burgers! We used Portabella mushrooms as this is what we had on hand. Awesome! We'll definately share this recipe with company!

We decided to try this out tonight and were were VERY impressed. The only change we did was to use provolone cheese instead of swiss, but the burgers came out great!! Very flavorful and moist throughout the burger, and the cremini mushrooms were delicious on their own.

These are so delicious. The 2nd time around, we grilled them instead of frying them. I also used A1 steak sauce instead of the Worcestershire. Wham! They were soooo good. I'd definitely recommend these for a cook-out. They'd be a hit!
