    Made the burger for our family with sauteed yellow onion instead of the shallot and turkey bacon. Soooooo good! Great recipe.

    Whahoo !!!!!!!!!! These burgers were delicious. Very moist and juicy. Aaron certainly is a great chef. I saw the episode when he made these and he certainly knew how to make sure the enclosed filling did not leak out. The next time, I will not cook them as long as we like our burgers rare. However, even though they were not rare my husband said they were so moist and juicy that he did not even care. Enough said !!!!!!!!!!

    I made these for my parents. I used yellow onion instead of shallots and no bacon (dont eat pork. Also used chedder on mine but swiss on my parents. Instead of using the oven I left them in the pan after flipping and putting a lid on the burgers (not the pan. They came out to perfection, especially with some oven baked fries. They're super juicy, meat was cooked through which worked out great as I don't like rare meat. These....they were just perfect.

    This burger was incredibly moist and flavorful. I made this for a Memorial Day bbq and everyone loved it. This is definently going on my list of bests.

    Big Daddy, Big Daddy! You did a great job of putting this recipe together. This was one of the best burgers I have had in years. The recipe was very easy to follow and did not require a lot of effort. I cooked the burger for 10 min in the oven for well done. This burger was juicy and very flavorful. I would definitely cook these again.

    I made these burgers for my family of all boys ranging from 8 to 31 and wow is all I can say. I almost didn't get one. These burgers were easy and delicious. A major hit for my crew. I will be making these often, they are not only juicy but addicting. No more burger joints unless it's here at home!! Way to go Aaron...

    This is one of the best burgers I have tasted. The recipe was ?right and exact?. The concept of an ?inside-out? burger combined with bacon, mushrooms, and Swiss cheese was delectably appetizing.
