Tried this recipe and fell in love with hamburgers again . It is so good. The stuffing makes it so juicy and flavorful. Followed the recipe except didn't use grapeseed oil. Didn't have any. My husband can't wait for me to do them again. I had to half the recipe because it is only the two of us. But it is worth it. This will be a once a week meal for us, (if not more. Big Daddy you did it again. Welcome Back......

made this for dinner, and it was great. used regular mushrooms, sweet onions and swiss cheese. added powdered garlic to the hamburger meat. They were a little difficult to assemble as we made too much stuffing, but fried both sides for color and put them in the oven! Genuis!! they cooked without loosing all the insides! We have left over inside stuff that we are going to add to mashed potatoes tomorrow!

I am so glad Big Daddy is back! My mouth was watering while I watched this episode and I am not even a big fan of red meat. Red meat was always limited to once a month in my household. And to add I was definitely not a fan of burgers. In short, I did use the ground chuck, a bit more wor sauce, onions, bacon and mushrooms than the recipe called for and I used slices of baby swiss. They were extra huge. I watched as my family took their first bite then I got oohs and ahhs and thumbs up from everyone. I took one to my sister who lives next door and she swore up and down that I had purchased it from the restaurant around the corner. When I finally took my bite it was heaven. This is the most flavorful burger I have ever eaten. I mean this burger was so good and such a hit in my household that we had them again on Monday and last night! I will be making them again on Saturday for some friends who are coming over. Good friends + good food = good times! Best burger I have ever eaten. Thank you for this recipe.

These burgers are absolutely (artery clogging amazing! We decided to use Monterrey Jack cheese instead of the swiss. Extremely juicy, big, and delicious. The entire burger tasted like bacon! Highly recommend using this recipe. Even recommended by our 10 year old son who ate the entire 1/2 pound plus burger in a matter of minutes.

Watched this episode and the same night I had to run out and get the ingredients. Hubby had already asked for a burger for dinner so this was the perfect show! This was better than any restaurant burger that I have ever had. Incredibly juicy and well worth the extra time to cook the bacon and mushrooms. Thanks Aaron!

Hey Hey Big Daddy is Back in the House. Man I couldn't wait to try this hamburger. I did just what you told me to do. I use smoked gouda ( you suggested this in a few of the burgers and swiss in the others. the family had to guess what was in the burger they ate. it was fun. i also added some garlic powder. the burgers were owwww sooo juicy. i too had some stuffing left over so i will use it for omelets in the morning. i will soon try the other burgers and can't wait to let you know how they tasted. thanks big daddy for coming back. you were greatly missed.

My husband and I watched this episode this afternoon. Dinner time came, and we headed to the market to buy the ingredients. We usually don't eat red meat, but we did today! Even using 93/7 lean meat, it so juicy!

Excellent recipe! Why eat out, when you can make better food at home!
