    This recipie rocks! Easy to do and very tasty! The filling made more than I could use so I saved it to use a omlette filling.

    As soon as I saw this recipe on the show, I wanted to make it right away! I addition to the salt and pepper, I added adobo to the meat. I sauteed the scallions in the same pan with the mushrooms. I then added the scallions to the meat and mixed it in. I didn't use the grapeseed oil, since I've never used it before. The burger came out delicious and very juicy. Thanks Big Daddy!
