Oh my, I saw this, and the other recipes he made on TV today and they look absolutely
delicious. We have made other recipes of his in our house and they turned out to be the
best ever. I know when we try the tater tots, the lamb gyros and the grilled bratwurst with
the potato peels and sour cream we will be happy.
Also I think it is so inspiring when he brings his son to help him. It gives me inspiration
to involve my son in the kitchen.

I am infuriated because I worship at 12:30 every Sunday and never get to see Big Daddy. So I didn't get to see him double dip ( like I do in my own kitchen. Why do we have some shows which have not been filmed since '07, get replayed ad nauseum, but we can't see Big Daddy rebroadcast once a week Mon- Fri???????? So sick of that Robin's healthy......Big Daddy has been on for a few years, and we deserve it! It's sad cuz every recipe I make of his are great, especially meats and sandwiches like the homemade sausage.

Guess I'll just have to keep reading reviews about the recipes so I know what happens on the show.

I love Big Daady House - you have a great show and ignore the negative responses about the dog. If you didnt want the dog near you, then you got the right to tell the ANIMAL to move. Keep up the good work and keep the dogs out of the kitchen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think these people ranting and raving seem a little out of sorts! I love watching food network and one of my favorite shows is Big Daddy's House. So what if he double dipped his spoon - it's just him and his son, but I agree on TV it wasn't the best thing he could have done. However, don't have a cow people. He is full of energy, loves cooking, and I've tried several of his recipes and they have turned out great! And Dog-schmog! I don't want my dog sitting beside me if I'm eating! Get a grip people. Great Job Aaron - Love your show, you, your son, and keep up the great entertaining and recipes!

Wow, could you save your personal feelings for the cook for another forum? Did it ever occur to you that he doesn't like dogs? Neither do I and I would have done the same thing, even if I were at your house, Paula's house, the Popes house, whomever... Keep it about the food and save the personal for your girlfriends or something...

Hi Aaron - I would like to know if this can be made in a conventional oven or on top of a indoor grill skillet. If possible, can you kindly let me know how long it should be cooked for either one of the cooking method?living in a small apartment has it's own headaches... but I would love to make this recipe. I tried your blackened salmon recipe and it was DELISSSSHHH!~ Thank you for that wonderful recipe :

I can't wait to try this recipe! Big Daddy's recipes are simple and delicious.

I laughed when I saw him double-dipping. I thought he's doing what I do when I want to eat the whole bowl - I double-dip so no one else will touch it! Ha! Go Big Daddy and double-dip all you want!

Null, I, too noticed BD eating off the spoon and putting it back in the bowl. I was a bit surprised. However, I absolutely love BD and have made several of his recipes and I loved them all, especially the chunky chicken chili. I plan on making this recipe this weekend. Can't wait to taste it.
