I'm writing with thanks and compliments on your Broccoli recipe. My lady watches constantly and decided to hook me up with Guy's Blackened Catfish, The Neely's twice baked sweet potato and this recipe for the main meal on our first Valentines Day. Excellent! Thanks bro. Gotta figure out a way to pay her back on the food network tip.

This was just another example of how Aaron can work a recipe and explain it just right. I love this man! His cooking and style have me inspired each week. The episode with your mom was wonderful. I usually don't like adding kids to shows, but your son is adorable. I wish you were on more or on Saturday--sometimes I miss out, but did recently begin to record your shows.

I prepared this dish today, along with the stuffed veal chop featured on the show, and I can add my kudos to the chorus. This is a winner! I usually find some "fix" is needed to bring a dish in line with flavor preferences. Not this time! I simply followed the recipe, plated it, and we ate it. Score!
I'll be doing this again!

I'm just trying to learn more about Broccoli Rabe and how to cook this vegetable. The first time I tried cooking it the veggie was, to say the least, very bitter. I now know that I should have blanced this vegetable. When looking for a good recipe, I noticed that you had five starts, so I decided to give it a try. I'm so glad that I did. I really think that the number of ingredients really adds to the taste, and it was so easy to cook. A really great tasting veggie, and I will definitely keep this recipe. Thanks!

I had never heard of Broccoli Rabe until I saw the episode. Printed it out and had it with our meal tonight. Everyone loved it and said it was a keeper for us. I loved the taste and it was an easy side dish!!

My boyfriend and I made this but we used Broccolini instead of Broccoli Rabe and this was sooo freakin' good! We loved the spice. This is a keeper!
