I love this recipe! It took no time to make at all and tasted fabulous. I made it exactly according to the recipe, though I do agree with all the reviews that suggest cutting back (a little on the lemon juice. I think the important thing to remember is that if you are using larger, conventional lemons you should probably juice just one, but if you choose to use smaller, organic lemons try juicing two. As for the pepper, grind a little bit in at first, taste, and keep adding until you achieve the flavor you like. Don't just throw in a whole spoon-full all at once.

Read the reviews first so I cut back on the lemon. Added more after the fact because I love the lemon flavor and it seemed lacking with just one lemon. Also added a little more pepper. Very quick and easy to make and will again.

Just made this a couple of days ago along with the salmon. I'm glad I read the reviews prior. If I had used the recipe amount of lemon, it would have been waay too much!! So I just juiced one lemon and still didn't use all of that. It was a big hit and will make again. Also, I used less pepper. I know it is called "Lemon Pepper Orzo" but I really didn't want to use a whole tablespoon of pepper for that specific amount of orzo. I'm rating this on AARON'S recipe which is what everyone should do. When we change a recipe, how can we rate the chef with our versions??
I rate MY version a *five*

This is my new dish that I can't get enough of! I've already made it about 4 times, which is quite often because I live alone and don't cook all that much any more!! I guess my tastes are weird, because I think the lemon amount is perfect, and fresh lemon is definitely better than bottled juice. I use 1 T. course ground pepper, and while it is very peppery, it's OK for me. But I like hot and spicy. My mouth waters just thinking about it.

When making this I figured one lemon would be enough. It was perfect. I shared some of my left overs with a co-worker. She said she was kinda full from her bagel and would probably only take a few bits. I came back 5 minutes later. Her plate was clean. ;D
