I made this for a quick house party and got RAVE reviews. All the ladies were rather intrigued in how I pulled this and the spicy beef patties off. So not only did I get alot of attention but I actually loved this salsa. I think I made it about three weeks straight just for myself nice healthy snack to have right after a hard day of work. Great compliment to the smoked red beans and rice as well. Appreciate all the help Big Daddy, Love the show and Love the Big Flava LOL

I thought this was a pretty decent compliment to the spicy beef patties and curry chicken. I wouldn't like this so much on it's own. You will need to modify the recipe to taste. I added more red onion and allspice.
