    This Stromboli is a great example of good eats! Particularly for game day. I used store-bought-in-a-can pizza dough (Pillsbury....I would not recommend this. It's too light and flaky to hold up to the crazy goodness inside. It's also a bit too sweet for this recipe. Go with some "real" pizza dough. The peppers are sweet and slightly spicy, but I'm thinking of making this with roasted red peppers next time. I found myself wanting a bit more kick.

    THIS WAS SOOOOOOO GOOD, AND MAKES TWO HEALTHY SIZE STROMBOLI!
    Couldn't find marinated sweet peppers so I mainated a jar of peppers myself in some italian dressing. Worked Great! I used ready made "pizza shop" dough for mine. It tasted like it came straight from the best pizza shop around! Thanks, Aaron

    I missed the beginning of the show, the pizza dough was already rolled out. So I was not sure what type of dough to use, so I used the pillsbury tube kind and it came out great. Made for super bowl party.
