I changed the biscuits with croissants and it was excellent!!! For girls night I used a small cupcake pan and served as appetizers. Big hit!

Very tasty and flavorful and pretty easy to make. I will make it at my church's next pot luck dinner. Even momma liked it. I did reduce the amount of the rosemary though.

Big Daddy, you have won over my daughter with this recipe. It is her absolute favorite meal .... and she is a vegetarian! So we make a few without the meat and we love them. I added a gravy that we pour over them. I cannot make mash potatoes without extras anymore for our Shepherd's pie later in the week.

Made this for my picky, picky husband. He loved it. Each time I make it, I do something different - i.e. with beef or turkey....using mashed sweet potatoes instead of white mashed potatoes. Shared this with my Aunt and Cousin. They loved it too. My cousin made it for her family and used stuffing instead of potatoes. She said it was delish! Anyway you make this, it will be loved by all.

Using veggie meat (Boca Crumbles, this recipe was great! I had LOTS left over, so after making the individual pies, I made one big pie. Doing it again for Sunday's potluck gathering!

I made this dish for a potluck dinner and it turned out great. Because they were individual biscuits, it made a great finger food which was easy to eat and serve for the potluck. I didn't use all the mashed potato and meat fillings so I used them later to make potato cakes. To make the potato cakes, I made two small patties of mashed potatoes then put the meat mixture and cheese inside the 2 patties to make 1 larger patty. I then breaded the pattie with panko (Japanese bread crumbs and cooked till browned in skillet with olive oil and a little butter. I will definitely make these again.

Man, every Big Daddy recipe I've tried so far has been awesome!
The mini shepards pies were the bomb! I will make these again...today!
The quantities are off though - I do agree. The hamburger filling is alot and I have a whole container left over, next time I will buy more biscuits! The kids loved them : I want Big Daddy on TV EVERY DAY!
