My husband and I enjoyed this recipe. It was as easy as pie. Perfect portions that stay nice and hot. I liked the taste of the fresh herbs, much better than a restaurant version.

I made the recipe for the first time last night, and it received rave reviews from my wife and children. The Missus proclaimed it her #1 recipe of all time! Thanks Aaron.

Now that I've seen in the comments that they're good frozen and microwaved, I'll be making up a new batch soon.

fyi - Surprisingly, you can get away with only 2-3 pies per person. They're quite filling.

Delicious recipe that can leave home in one's lunch bag. Great for picnic-in-the park and outdoor events, like tail gate parties, too. Freezing, then microwaving works for me. Thank you Aaron. Anxiously awaiting your cookbook and kitchen items.

Loved this recipe. Easy enough to prepare for a weekday meal. I altered it slightly by putitng in medium sized pie pans (chicken pot pie size and it was perfect for dinner.

I made this for a family after the loss of a loved one as part of the group of people providing food for the family that has 16 grandchildren coming through. I made 32 of these and they were a hit!!! I made the filling again the next week so my husband and I could try it. Put his on top of a baked potato and mine on top of organic spring mix, woooowwwww! that is sooooo good, we brought it for lunch for the last 2 days! Thanks Chef Aaron!
