O.M.G Aaron I made your recipe it came out really good . I had to use nutmeg instead of allspice ( i didn't have none but it came out so good. I took the mini pies to work and I tell you they didn't last long at all. I only had 2 one when i made them and the other at work. I was like dang i knew i should of got 2. Thanks Big Daddy for that delicious pie recipe. And yes you need to be on more than what you are.

I had been dying to make a sweet potato pie for some time now. I used a regular pie crust rather than the mini's ... came out perfect! My husband could not understand why I wanted to make this pie...until he tasted it! He wanted to know when I would be making it again!

These little treats are yummy for the tummy. The whipped topping is phenomenal. The only trouble I had was finding mini pie shells so I purchased premade pie crust and cut out mini pie shells. They worked just as well just a little more work.

Big Daddy keep bringing the great recipes

I made these for company and everyone loved them. I had some leftovers and need to monitor my husband as he keeps sneaking them. I am trying to save them for dinner this evening. I doubt there will be very many left. Excellent recipe.

I did use the regular muffin pans and it worked fine.

    Thanks Aaron. GREAT JOB!!!

I made 16 in a muffun pan. Bought ready made pie crust and it worked fine. The cream cheese topping is what makes these so delicious and different. I usually use fresh made whipped cream. But for a party, the cream cheese topping makes these easy to make ahead. And I also LOVED the idea of a Thanksgiving cocktail party.
