Seeing what everyone was saying about being strong I added extra oj. I had some ginger syrup & added a little of that & a splash of 7-up. Wow it's fantastic the hint of ginger added something really nice to it.

I think the recipe proportions are off but after the modifications, it is a delicious drink! I like martinis and this is my favorite. Definitely needs more sherbet and less vodka.

after doing the recipe letter for letter it was too strong, but after a little more sherbet and orange juice it was perfect.

It was SO good! A little strong for me, so I just added a bit more juice. But very good!

Delicious! I used vanilla infused vodka which made the cocktail taste like a Dreamsicle.
I made a large batch for a party and had requests for more!

wow..I must admit..I just LOVE watching Big Daddy's house..it seems like he truly loves cooking & sharing his love for cooking with his viewers...Oh..and about the recipe: absoLUTEly delish!! a definite keeper (had to laugh when I heard him say 1 C vodka but only 1/4 c oj; I'd probably add more than the 1 oz of the Grand Marnier too, but it's not like it's a recipe that can't be uhm.."adjusted"..to your own preference! LOL

I think the recipe should be 1/4 cup vodka and 1 cup orange juice.
