This recipe was super easy and so good. I ate it with thyme and lemon orzo and felt like I was eating like a queen. The recipe definitely made it into the recipe book.
    Thanks...

Definitely an A+++ recipe! Very moist, meaty, and FULL of flavor. I'm not a fan of very fishy tasting fish but have been trying to eat healthier and this meal has helped me on my way. The family loved it! Sure fire hit!

I was watching the show yesterday as I always watch on Sunday mornings and found this to be the best tasting halibut I have ever cooked. My husband like halibut but now he really loves it made this way.
Keep up the great job you are doing with these great recipes. I just love you and your great show.

First time I saw your show and your recipes looked so good I had to try the pan seared halibut with tomatoes. LOVED it!! I did not have halibut but used talipia instead and it was wonderful. I will definately make this again using halibut (I think any fish would work just adjust cooking time for thinner fish like I did. Next I will be trying your Chicken Chili recipe which looked delicious, judging by your halibut recipe, I'm sure it will be!! I will definately be tuning into your program in the future. Thanks for a great tasting, quick and healthy recipe!!

I was watching the show in bed this a.m. and decided to try for dinner. We just finished eating and this is one recipe I'll make again. I didn't have any grapeseed oil so I used regular oil. My hubby and I both enjoyed it. Unfortunately, I wasn't as skilled at turning the fish over as Big Daddy, but it was still good. I usually only like my fish breaded and deep fat friedI. This is a more healthier (and delicious way to eat it. 'll make it again and my hubby said he'd eat it again. I love your show, too, Big Daddy.
