I liked it but thought the dressing needed a little sweetness, so I added about 1 T of sugar.

This was the best salad ever!!! The peaches and the pecans complimented each other and the dressing was light and airy.. Great summer salad!!!

So simple, yet extremely refreshing. Great spring salad. Peaches are not quite at there peak, so I substituted slices of ripe Mango. The flavor components work really well together. FYI...I froze my salad plates so the salad was served fresh and stayed cold.
