I have made this recipe at least 4 times now and this is a keeper!! The more you make this the more you can tweak the recipe to accommodate your family. I usually always make 5 chops at a time. Aaron this is such a winning recipe, thank you so much for sharing it!!!! There is not one thing wrong with this dish.

Great recipe. One of my daughter's favorites. She always has me add spinach and the family loves it.

Excellent, quick and easy. I had to improvise and use marsala and cut the amt of oil and butter in half to improve healthiness of the recipe - was still delicious! I will likely use for chicken as well. Paired this with lightly glazed honey carrots - worked quite well.

These turned out great! I used marsala as I did not have the wine it called for and it was delish!! I will for sure make these again!!

Followed the recipe exactly and it was DELICIOUS!!! Served with garlic mashed potatoes and roasted carrots. This recipe will also work with Marsala as one viewer noted. THe Maderia is similar to the taste of Marsala. Brined the pork chops prior with Alton Brown's 2 hour Mustard Brine for pork chops. Will make again for company. Better than Chicken Marsala.

OMG. Fabulous recipe and EASY!!! Prepared organic pork chops from Whole Foods. Served baked yams and butter lettuce salad with goat cheese and sliced pears. Can you say Amazing??? This is a keeper! Can't wait to repeat.

My husband and I loved this recipe. My pork chops are always dry, and this recipe gave the pork chops moistness, flavor and a tasty mushroom gravy. I did not have Madeira wine on hand so I used Marsala wine. I paired these tasty pork chops with scalloped potatoes and grilled asparagus. I loved the idea of using fresh thyme and parsley from my herb garden. The herb flavor was so fresh. This will be a pork chop recipe that will be made over and over again in our house. Next time, I might try it with chicken, too. Thanks so much!
