Not only was this recipe packed full of flavor, but it was much easier than I was expecting. This recipe really made me feel like a pro. I will say that I ended up having to cook the pork chops a bit longer than 6 minutes to get them cooked all the way, because they were so thick, but that just gave me more time to wait on my scalloped potatoes that I paired this with. Yum!

I made this with chicken breasts instead of pork chops and my family LOVED it! The sauce was simple to make and would be great with steak or roast. Couldn't find Maderia wine so I used white wine and it was delicious....Another Great recipe from Aaron!!

I saw this recipe this past weekend and thought I'd give it a try.. I'm glad I did, my husband loved it! I rarely make pork for fear of over cooking and drying it out. This recipe was perfect.

My husband wanted venison for dinner last night and while it isn't my favorite meat, I do cook it once in a while as it is low fat, healthy and can be quite tasty depending on the recipe. I couldn't find my usual venison steak recipe but happened to have FN on and saw Aaron make the Pork dish and decided to try this sauce with the venison. It was delicious and would go well with any red meat. The next time I do beef tenderloin, I'm going to use this recipe with it as well. It was quite a hit!

I was having pork chops for dinner and wanted to do something different. It just so happened that Aaron McCargo was making this recipe and I thought I'd try it. It has now become the only way we do pork chops at our house. My husband loves this recipe and it's so easy to do.

This was very tasty and extremely easy to produce. I added more beef broth and flour to have a bit more gravy for some butter noodles. I got away with one tablespoon of butter and felt it was still a home run dish.

This was one of the easiest recipes to make. I did 2inch thick rib cut pork chops, & they were like prime rib but with pork!! They were very juicy. I definately will be making this dish for company. I wouldn't change a thing in this recipe, the cremini mushrooms give a nice "earthy" flavor, Not a lot of ingredients to this dish & once tasted you will see you don't need anything else added to it. I made spinich for a side went great w/Madeira sauce! People will think you slaved over this dish! Let em think you did!!!! this is a keeper.

I wanted to give this 4 1/2 stars, but no can do...
Grapeseed oil for browning will be a new staple in our house. I had not used it before, what a difference.
The sauce was very good, however, I added 7.5 oz of creme fraiche at the end, and then it was excellent. It brought it up to a richer sauce, a bit more gourmet, if you will.
All in a all, very good, will make it again, but I will always add the creme fraiche.
