I don't normally post reviews but this recipe "forced" me to join so I could tell everyone how wonderful this is. My hubby normally doesn't care for pork but after I made this, he wanted to know when I was making it again (I will be making it again this week!. It was just as good heated up the next night for leftovers.

We'd been in a dinner rut for a while and I thought I'd try some new things, namely these Pork Chops with Mushroom Madeira Sauce. Although I didn't get the right wine, they were still wonderful. I couldn't believe they were so moist and not dried out from the pan searing and heating in the oven. It wasn't a lot of work and my husband said it was a homerun! Thanks Aaron!!

Once again McCargo proves he is the genius of flavor. The sauce is to die for and would be good with almost any choice of meat (other than fish i'm sure of it. Fantastic. Try it, you will not be disappointed.

We made this sauce with Ribeye steaks and will continue to make it. I plan to try more of his recipes. I enjoy watching Aaron cook; very relaxing and inspirational, almost spiritual. He cooks from the heart. They should rename the show "The Love Doctor of Food".

This recipee was so easy and so fabulous I am now a fan of Aaron McCargo... I had NEVER heard of him or seen his show before this particular episode. I will look for this show!
Thank you for this great Madeira sauce. At my house, we call it "Jane Austen Sauce" because Jane Austen sipped Madeira (it was the lady's drink of the 19th century. Anyway...thanks for the simple, excellent, EASY sauce.

My wife and I seldom eat pork, but when we saw this on TV it just sounded so good we had to try it! This will be in our rotation going forward!! The sauce is just incredible and Aaron's directions for cooking it are spot on! Give this a try, you won't be disappointed!

I made this dish with merlot because I couldn't find the maderia wine. Also I used a smaller cut of chops...It came out very good.

This is an amazing dish. Aaron's dishes are always so flavorful; I have not been disapointed with any of them. I started cooking with Grapeseed Oil because of Aaron and it has made a huge difference in my searing all kinds of meat... This is a winning recipe... My family loved it...
