Not a big fan of the sauce, and the sauce makes or breaks the eggs benedict. Maybe it is because I like Hollandaise too much and this was a big departure from that. This sauce was much more like a gravy I would expect to top roast beef. Too earthy for delicately poached eggs and pancetta.

Husband liked it, but the kids and I weren't to sure about it. It was a lot of work for something that I didn't like very well.

I watched Aaron make this on tv and it looked great. But I made the recipe exactly according to the recipe and no one in my family liked it. I can't put my finger on it but the taste was just off. Won't make this again.

I saw this on a show of Aaron's Breakfast of Champs recorded on my DVR. The sauce that goes on the eggs is just amazing and very easy to make. This is an excellent recipe for those Sunday morning breakfasts. It sure beats the regular eggs benedict with Hollandaise sauce.

Big Daddy got it right, after this breakfast we don't want to ever go out for breakfast again. Being new to the show, Big Daddy made it very easy for me to follow the instruction on how to cook a slamming breakfast for my family. The Eggs Benedict are the best are the best we ever had and the easiest we ever got make. Big Daddy knows how to communicate to the average new man to the kitchen man. I look forward to more of his shows and so does my family!
