best frittata ever!!! perfect. Most frittatas I've made were too eggy, or mushy. I cut the recipe in half since I was cooking for 2, and it turned out great. I made it for breakfast-for-dinner, and it was a hit. Also was very good reheated the next day.

Made this for Mother's Day brunch and the family (including 4 children 10 and under LOVED it! I added thinly sliced mushrooms I had on hand. (can't have too many veggies I love frittata's because you can add anything you like to make it your own. The one request: I should have made two! Big Daddy strikes again.

Loved this!!!!! Made it as written. Just let it sit about 15 minutes instead of 10 so it does not fall apart. My new go to brunch dish.

Really good and really easy to prepare. I have also switched it up a bit using bacon instead of sausage, no red pepper, etc. and it's been good every time.

Can't wait to try this! Yum! Just reminding myself that he said to whip a lot of air into the eggs before you add in the other ingredients. Tomatoes would be good, as he suggested.
