Very good but too much work for the yield: recipe estimates potstickers take 26 minutes to prepare- I'm not a fast worker, but these took me closer to 90 minutes! For all the work, I'd rather go buy some.

Everyone loved them!! I couldn't get them out of the pan fast enought. I thought it needed a little bit of salt, so I served it with soy sauce.

We did not enjoy anything about the end result of this recipe. The potsticker filling was soft and mushy--we would prefer a firmer texture, and maybe some crunch. The mascarpone cheese flavor seemed out of place, even more so when paired with the "ponzu" sauce which is too orange in flavor.
There are better recipes out there.

The shrimp potsickers turned out so good!!! When you steam the potstickers, line the bamboo steamer with cabbage leaves so you don't have a sticky mess. I plan to make more and freeze them for later use.

This recipe was not easy. The filling had great flavor but the construction was not easy at all. During the steaming process the wonton wrappers feel apart because they stuck to the bottom of the steamer. I will not be making this dish again.
