    I saw this episode and immediately went to buy all the ingredients. I hesitated in buying the herb butter because it was a bit expensive but it was worth it. This dish was just deliciously amazing!! Thanks Big Daddy!!!

    Big thumbs up from husband and kids (12 & 7 Arm Roast was on sale so I subbed that for the Chuck Roast not sure if that was the difference but I ended up cooking it for 3.5 hrs on low and 1.5 hrs on high because it was not tender after 3.5 on low. Good thing I planned for that! Served with roasted red potatoes and a big salad to round out the meal.
