Sooo dee-lish!!! The smell in the entire house was amazing, and the meat turned out so tender!! My gravy thickened fine 'as' it cooked in the oven. it seemed too thin prior to the 'baking', but it turned out PERFECT!! I also added mushrooms when I added the onions, and it was so so good!! Also, for the record, i did not have pork chops but instead a boneless pork loin. I slit it 3/4 way through (lenghwise, 'opened it' and cut that it into large chop-sized pieces (still approx an inch thick. It made the most delicious meal! Thanks for another great recipe!!

Well like some of the other reviewers I wanted to do something with my pork chops besides simply frying them. So I came to Big Daddy. First of all the spice mixture was so good I made a second batch and stored it for future use...just because I knew it would be good on other cuts of meat. When i seared the chops the smell was unbelievable. The hard part was waiting for the chops to be done. It did not disappoint full of flavor and the chops were nice and tender. I did have to add a little more flour to thicken the gravy because I did not use self-rising flour as was called for. It was delicious and I can't wait to share with friends. Thanks Big Daddy!

Wonderful...You have to try this! My husband was excited to see me take pork chops out of the freezer for dinner but quickly became unhappy when he saw me with a printed recipe in hand. He even said, "what are you doing with a recipe? Can't we just have regular fried pork chops like you usually make?". I just said a simple "no" and kept on moving. I knew it looked so wonderful on the show that it had to be worth the try. Well...this dish is fabulous!!! And the end of the story is...my husband loved these pork chops so much he said, "I'd even take these again over the old ones!" Thanks for such a wonderful addition to our family meals!

These tasted so good and were VERY tender. The whole family ate them even our SUPER picky guy! The gravy was extremely flavorful, and I kept dipping my mashed potatoes in it. I did thicken the gravy with a butter and the flour mix from the recipe because it was too thin. I saved the gravy and used it the next night with chicken breasts in the oven. GREAT!

This receipe is full over flavor and fool proof. I was tired of just baking my pork chops & I wanted to try something easy, different & tasty. This receipe fulfilled all of my expectations. I followed the receipe but I read the reviews before I started, so I added more flour to actually make a thicker gravy. The pork chops turned out wonderful! My family loved it and I will be making this again. I'm going to try it with chicken too. Thanks Aaron!
