This receipe is full over flavor and fool proof. I was tired of just baking my pork chops & I wanted to try something easy, different & tasty. This receipe fulfilled all of my expectations. I followed the receipe but I read the reviews before I started, so I added more flour to actually make a thicker gravy. The pork chops turned out wonderful! My family loved it and I will be making this again. I'm going to try it with chicken too. Thanks Aaron!

This was very flavorful I was looking for a different way to cook pork chops and this filled the bill. You do need to thicken the sauce more if you want a gravy consistantsy.

This recipe is wonderful! Even my kids loved it! It is easy to make and the favors are wonderful. When you add the onion and garlic to the pan to make the gravy, the smell from the kitchen fills the house and everyone comes running. It's so easy that it's hard to mess up dinner. Great dish!

I don't eat pork, but my husband does. I decided to suprise him for dinner and make him a pork shoulder that I seen on Rachel Ray's Week in a Day. However, it was too expensive for my liking. I bought boneless 2 inch chops instead. I must say, my husband said they were delicious. I followed the recipe, however my olive oil burned a little, so I was concerned how it would all come out. Nonetheless it came out well. I added 4 table spoons of the flour mix instead of the the 2 table spoons.

This was a delicious dish. It was also easy to make. My only problem was the gravy would not thicken. I followed the advice of other reviewers and used a little more flour, but it just did not work. On the other hand, the flavor was outstanding. My husband is a gravy person and he did not even mind the gravy not being thick, so it looks like this recipe will stay in rotation.

Thank you, Aaron! This was one of, if not the best, pork chop recipes I have ever had. My family loved it. The gravy is wonderful and the chops were fork tender. This may just very well turn out to be my "go to" pork chop recipe.
