I made this dish for Thanksgiving day brunch. Major hit..my mother is still talking about the flavor. I will in the future decrease the amount of liquid to make a gravy.

My husband and I loved this recipe. It smelled just like my grandma's house and that's a good thing! The sauce turned out a little thinner than I like but I'll use a little more flour next time. Otherwise, still good and great flavor: Will definitely make again! Thanks Big Daddy!

I was so disappointed- hate to give a bad review but we could not eat this! I keep reading the recipe over and over to see if I could have made a mistake. The taste of garlic was overpowering (2 Tablespoons seems like a lot for our taste I could not wait to make this after watching the show but had to throw dinner

This recipe is great. The taste is wonderful. I will agree with some of the others, my sauce was a little to thin. Next time I will add a little more flour and less stock to thicken it up. My family actually loved it. This will be a favorite in my house. Thanks Aaron.

I was very dissappointed in this recipe. First the sauce and I call it that cause it was not at all gravy like and the chops were hard as a rock but the taste of the sauce was very good so I will try this again but I will use thinner chops and maybe we'll get it right otherwise theres no hope for this recipe. Sorry

This was soooo delicious. The sauce/gravy was awesome. Very easy to make. The grapeseed oil was so light on the meat.

These chops are scrumptious! So easy to do. I love the taste of the chicken and beef stock combined. It took smothered chops to a whole new level. The fried rice featured with this recipe is a perfect palate pleaser. I wasn't sure about the lime juice in the rice but ooh la la!
