I bought good porkchops with the nice tenderloin and they were so tender, we didn't need a knife to cut them with. We loved the flavors and I'll make these again.

I followed everything exactly except I used the same amount of spice on 4 porkchops instead of 2. It was way too salty! The chops weren't soft either, so they were tough, salty hunks of pork. It was so bad, I threw out the other two since we could barely finish the first two. I was very disappointed.

My husband doesn't really care for pork, but he LOVED this! I have a picky 2 year old and he practically threw a fit when there was no more left. Anybody who is wondering if they should try this recipe...try it! It came out yummy and juicy. I'll definitely be making this again for my family.

This recipe was simple to make! The only thing I did differently was add mushrooms. The pork chops were cooked to perfection and the gravy was oustanding. My son the picky eater, found nothing to complain about.

The smothered porkchops were delicious. My husband is from Barbados and not so easy to please. I made these pork chops hoping he would like them. I followed the recipe. I used my slow cooker because my oven needs to be fixed. The smell coming from my cooker was delightful, I knew these were going to be good because of all the seasonings . I served them with mashed potatoes. When my husband finished, his plate was clean. There was not a morsel left and he asked for seconds. He told me those porkchops were delicious! This is the second recipe I have tried and they both were delish!

This recipe has become a family favorite. It is so easy to prepare and tastes wonderful. I have used cube steaks and chicken instead of pork chops in a pinch and it works well for them. The "gravy" is plate licking good.

i have yet to try a big daddy recipe i didn't like.... but these pork chops are at the top of my list... they are amazing!! and the sauce they cook in could stand alone as soup!!! you want to finish this meal with a spoon...
