This soup is very tasty, family enjoyed it very much!
Unfortunately, I could not find the italian peppers; I used a pich of red pepper flakes and it gave it a nice little kick.
Definetly will look for the peppers and do it again.

Made this recipe for dinner last night and it is now my new chicken soup recipe for all occasions! The lemon really adds something refreshing to it. Very easy and tasty comfort food. Even my "I don't like veggies" hubby declared it to be very good which is really saying something!

Wow! This is the best chicken noodle soup I have ever made! The lemon juice adds a nice touch. I will definitely make this again!

My husband said, "This is the kind of meal I like!" Instead of lemon and pepper, I used McCormick's "lemon pepper" grinder (just a bit or it's too lemon-y.

This is a great recipe. I didn't use the peppers though. I doubled the broth and used leftover spaghetti from the night before. I also wrapped 1 TBS of dry oregano and thyme in cheese cloth. I love the lemon in the soup, really makes it pop with flavor. Thank you!

This reminds me of the Best of Chicken and Dumplings. Could easily switch out the Yukons for "baked dumplings" and have one of Our favourite dishes.A person wondered about Lemon Peel in Dish. If go to the white part also called "the pith" it is ruined.A bitter taste cannot be removed to my culinary knowledge...
