Just phenomenal!Made these once for my hubby to try out the recipe on him, A+. Then made again for the extended family and they were a huge hit, although the second time we BBQ'd them. Yes I do agree with others that the old recipe's salt was excessive but just add to your liking as the new recipe calls for.

This has become our "Go to" burger recipe. We absolutely love these. Grill them most of the time, but they are also good done in the oven. They are not overly spicy. The only reason I did not give the recipe 5 stars is because the amount of salt is excessive. Half this amount is plenty. As written you may just end up chucking out a lot of burgers.
