They were just like BiG Daddy said. They melt in your mouth like butter. After making these, I don't think we will ever buy another slider again. We can't wait to make them for guest!

I loved these sliders. They had just the right amount of kick and I loved the moistness. I served salsa on the side and Brian Boitanos tomato jam on the side also. Everyone loved them. Love your show and I love the big flavors.

Made these sliders for my neice she was celebrating her 44th birthday. Hands down the best burgers I've ever had!Accidentally added chopped Granny Smiths & lime juice to my burger mixture,(we also celebrated while cookingthe burgers were still awesome!

Pepper Jack cheese, not Monterey Jack is what was used to make the sliders, After cooking in the oven I placed the burgers on the smoker/grill just to get the grilled smoke flavor.

I also used Bobby Flay's chipotle mayo on some & sour cream and salsa verde on the others. No creme fraiche here. They were both SIMPLY THE BEST. Absolutely amazing! AARON YOU ARE MY ALL TIME FAVORITE!

Made these for dinner, and they were a hit! As a "cheesehead" from Wisconsin, however, I have to question the line about spicy Monterey Jack Cheese... usually Monterey is a mild white cheese. Does he mean pepper jack?

We don't have creme fraise in our area, either, but I've heard a close substitute is sour cream. Used that for the burgers and it was excellent.

Next time I'm going to try pepper jack cheese because I would have liked them to be a bit more spicy. This recipe is a keeper!
