Like always, Aaron hit this one out of the ballpark. Great mini burgers that I plan to make for an upcoming party. We had these for dinner tonight and they were too good! Note: I also made Emeril's Sirloin Sliders with Crispy Bacon and Bobby Flay's Chipotle Sliders and Aaron's sliders were far better and had much more flavor and great texture, thanks to the Panko Bread Crumbs.

Made these super bowl sunday and they were a hit! Super moist, tasty.
Couldn't find the creme fraiche, used mayo instead. I've already been asked to
make 3 dozen for a party.

Tried these a few weeks ago and I have to say they were amazing!! Couldn't find the creme fraiche so I just used the usual burger toppings ketchup and mustard and they were still great tasting, Nest time hopefully I can find it and try it! Would definitely recommend this to my friends and family, a total hit with everyone!!

These were excellent, flavorful and easy to make. The tablespoon of salt was a bit much, will reduce to a teaspoon the next time I make the slidders. Passed on the Salsa Verde.

After hearing you on the Ms. Mo Show on BlogTalk Radio, I visited the site and found these--absolutely awesome!!

I made them exactly like the recipe, and I also made some with a slight twist. For the sauce, I combined Thai Chili Sauce and BBQ sauce (one of my favorite combos absolutely amazing. I also added Ranch dressing and Parmesan cheese to the mix, something I do with all my burgers. These are amazing as is, but I like that they are basic enough that you can add your own twist.

    I've already eaten three:-

Every time I go to dinner, I order sliders. Now, I don't have to.

Not sure about the reviews here saying that the sliders didn't have much flavor. I made the patties according to the recipe and they turned out very flavorful, but we all thought they were a little on the salty side. 1 tablespoon of salt per pound of ground beef seemed like a lot to me when I was putting it in, but didn't think much of it due to the reviews here. The next time I make these, I'll probably go with half a tablespoon or a teaspoon of salt.

The dinner rolls I got were fairly small, so I made the patties probably thicker than they should have been, which required more cooking time but did not dry out the sliders. Per other suggestions on the reviews, I used Bobby Flay's chipotle mayo, which did go very well with these.

I'm vegetarian so I made this with black beans and vegetarian chili w/ beans and added finely chopped onions and garlic instead of shallots. These turned out awesome and were a huge hit! Also, I followed the advice of many of the other reviews and made it with Bobby Flay's chipotle mayo which really brings the flavors out more. Still kept the salsa verde and just added it on top of the patties. My husband loved these so much he always asks for them as a main dish! I just make the patties bigger to burger size and they are transformed into a great veggie burger!

These are to die for. And, so easy by baking instead of grilling. These are very moist, spicy and just very good. I followed the recipe exactly, except I didn't have creme fraiche and just used mustard and mayo. Next time I will use the salsa.
