First I would like to say to Foodnetwork, please put Aaron's show in a better time slot, 7:00 central time does not work for me. I have to record the show to watch it....With that being said, I loved this recipe, the potatoes were so flavorful. At first I thought the vinegar would have been to much, but it was not. Everything was well balanced.

Just tried this receipe. I love all of Aaron's receipes..he always adds a lot of spices and heat, and this potatoe receipe is no exception..my husband and I loved it!!! Definitely a keeper!!!
