I'm stumped. This was good--not great. Rachel Ray has a similar recipe that leaves this one in the dust. Going back to that one.

Well the chicken was juicy... I dont think it had much flavor. The veggie mix was so so. I am not sure if I will make this again. If I do try to make again, I think I will add chopped peanuts to the veggie mix....

Wow. I loved this dish. Since I enjoy spicy food, I made it exactly as it was written. The cold crunchy vegetables were a great contrast to the hot flavorful chicken. I might add crispy Asian noodles next time and there will be a next time. Thanks Aaron!

I tweeked my recipe and instead of radish I used snap peas and sauteed the vegetable lightly with the chicken.I thought the combination of flavors and aromas were intriguing and different, and the final product was pleasing to the palate. I would have liked to have known the calories.

We also LOVED this recipe. Very unique flavors; could do without the Szechuan sauce. In fact, we used the meat rub on just plain chicken as a rub and baked it. Delicious!

I LOVE this recipe! It is soo yummy! The sauce is really spicy, so my husband and I just put carrots and bean sprouts on top of the chicken, the sprinkle some soy sauce and how ever much szechuan sauce we like over it. Soo yummy!

Definitely a ton of taste and easy to make. Difficult to eat and felt like it was missing something. Maybe a quick toss of the veggies and chicken together to get hot for a bit would be better.

I wanted you to win Food Network Star and the more I see your television show and try your recipes, the bigger fan I've become. These lettuce wraps were so easy and so fast to make...yet they tasted truly gourmet. Everyone in my family LOVED them. The sauce is spicy... so some may want to have a lighter hand on that, but I followed the recipe and I thought they were perfect. Kudos! I'll be making this a lot and giving the recipe to my friends. Also don't really get those complaining about them being messy. Just get the right size lettuce leaf and it works easily.

Great full meal finger food that was a hit with the whole familty. Definitely bring the napkins because it is a little messy. Added crispy Asian noodles for an extra crunch. The only change I would make is a different sauce, something more sweet and less hot. The kids would appreciate less heat.
