I highly reccomend this entire Holiday Happiness meal. The spicy sweet collards had our huge family begging for more also! Cudos to this chef!

This XMas was my first time hosting for the entire family. My in-laws are superb cooks and they were impressed! The ham was delicious!!!

This ham is so moist, with quite a kick. My mother in law does not care for spicy at all, and she raved about this ham, such great flavors! I had to substitute apricot juice for the peach nectar, still tasted just as good!

I made this ham for the holidays and it got so many compliments. Never had a ham that was so flavorful and so moist. Making it again for Easter and I can't wait!

I've never been a big fan of ham, they are usually just salty and bland. Wow did this recipe change my mind!
My entire family is now addicted to this recipe. It's very easy and incredibly delicious.
I did cut down on the chipotle by a good 50% since we're also feeding a toddler. It still gave it a nice spicy undertone, but not enough to make anyone find it too spicy to eat.
I used this on a Costco spiral cut ham, yummmm!!

We have had this twice now. WARNING: If you want to have this for more than one meal then don't leave it out. It will disappear!!
Aaron, thanks for the great disappearing ham. In the kitchen, you are a magician.

I made this over the holidays and it was wonderful. It is a great alternative to the basic ham sauces. Nice work, Aaron!

I made this whole dinner for Christmas and it worked great!!! Everything dish went well with each other. We love spicy food in our house. I'm not sure my nephew liked it as well as my husband and I. I think next time I'll take out the chipolte seeds/ribs next time to tone down the heat for company : The leftover ham was excellent with zucchini and squash that I baked in the oven until the veggies were done and it made another great meal for us. This is another winner. I have yet to make a bad recipe from Aaron. Keep them coming my man.
