    Aaron! YOU ROCK!!!
    I made this ham New Years day to the great delight of my fam. (hubby and 2 teenage boys Without a doubt this was the best ham I have ever made. It is almost 6 weeks later and I just got an email from the wife of a friend of my husband asking for the recipe. She said that my hubby was singing the praises of this meal just today and her hubby wants her to try it. i just bought another have to make it again. Can't wait. This will become one of my favorite 'go to' recipes.

    Thanks again for the fantastic flavor.

    Great, easy recipe. The boys all loved it (including the big one and I was still able to watch the parade. Getting ready to prepare it for friends. No doubt it will be a great party.

    I made this ham and thoroughly enjoyed the flavors of the peach mixture glaze. I glazed the ham longer than the recipe requested with no ill effects. When the ham was finished, I did a final basting of the ham with the juices in the pan. The combination of the peach glaze and the brown sugar mixture made the ham taste even better. I especially liked the kick that the smoked chipotles added to the flavor of the ham. They weren't over-powering but you definitely got a great heat / sweet taste. I will definitely make this ham again.

    I made this for an early Christmas dinner for my deploying husband and he loved it! I have NEVER made ham and it was soooo easy! I did need to use the canned chipotles since we did not have the real thing here in GA. It did not matter-the result was amazing! My husband salutes you with this recipe!

    Loved loved loved this. I have never cooked with chipoltes and I am from Texas... (sshh...don't tell on me !! However, this simple easy recipe has now given me some serious street cred with the fam!

    This was by far the best spiral ham we have ever had!! I loved that when you took a bite of this ham it tasted sweet but then it had a kick as it touched all of your palette! My daughters (19 & 15 actually prepared this together, (and with not much fighting I might add for our family. My parents also loved the great flavor of the ham. Leftovers were also wonderful!! I will definitely turn to this recipe for our holiday hame dinner from now on.

    I deceided to change our usual Christmas dinner menu, when I say the Holiday Happiness menu on Big Daddy's show. It was a complete success with all of our guest, they raved over the spicey collards, spiral ham , smokey au gratins and the potatoe salad. Thank You Big Daddy.

    I made this ham when my daughter and son-in-law came over for our Christmas day together. It was the one of the best hams I've ever had. It was so good that I bought another ham today just so I could make it again. Try it you will like it.

    I made this ham for Christmas Dinner, and was not sure that my family would like it with the peppers. It was delicious. The next time I make it I will add the jalapenos, and I am sure that it will have more flavor

    Saw Aaron make this a couple weeks ago and I knew I wanted this as my family's New Year meal. I'm not the cook in my family, but I totally impressed them; even my 2 1/2 y.o. son who doesn't eat ham said, "mmm, I like this. Pork is my favorite". Definitely a keeper!!! Thanks Aaron.
