After watching him make these I immediately had to try them. It is so delicious, and is now a weekly staple in my house. I used just sliced hot cherry peppers in stead of the spread, yummy! It's a must try, but make sure you have some sort of the peppers!

I tried this recipe today for my husband , and we enjoyed it, but it was still lacking something. I couldn't put my finger on it. I chose to chip my chicken after partially thawing the meat from the freezer, then I added the marinade, and let sit in the frig for 1 hour. It was really juicy, but I don't think the provolone added anything, next time I will try a stronger cheese, and try to find the pepper relish.

I really want to try this recipe but have not been able to find either the hot cherry pepper spread nor the recipe to MAKE the spread. Does anyone have any ideas to help me?

This sandwich is really good and pretty easy to make. I love it. I substituted the Dijon for Honey mustard and the red chili peppers for hot giardiniera because thats what I had and I know that it didnt make much of a difference. My boyfriend said it was delicious and that was the first time I ever heard him use that word. I cant wait to try another Aaron McCargo recipe. So far they've all been great.

Loved watching Aaron prepare this sandwich during last Sunday's show. Made up my mind that I would make it as soon as I could. Followed the recipe to the letter minus the pepperoni because I wanted to have a lower fat sandwich and it turned out very well. My family loved it and I will surely make it again. Way to go Aaron!

The chicken was good on its own. Did not seem to work as a sandwich with cheese and pepperoni.

i seasoned my chicken w/the marinade 2 days before. When i came home from work, i whipped this up. Easy and healthy (I reduced olive oil by half Didn't have the cherry relish or pepperoni (don't eat pork. Will definitely use again. Healthy, good and easy. Not worth five stars but definitely will be used in our dinner rotation

After seeing the show, I wanted a sandwhich right then! Since I had already taken chicken out for dinner Monday, I marinated the chicken over night. I could have eaten the chicken without the sandwhich. I made the sandwhich & used jalapeno slices instead, Simply wonderful. a must try!
