I just made this for my parents, didn't use the pepperoni or the hot cherry pepper spread, and it was still delicious. Even my dad who is a picky eater said it was reallly good! And the best part was that it was very easy to make!

Thanks Big Daddy for this one!!! We loved it! I switched it up a bit and used steak and it still worked! My husband who is a big Pat's steak in Philly fan said that this was the best steak sandwich he had ever eaten so we will welcome this recipe in our home any day!

Just recently tried the recipe after watching the episode and it was great. We added a little bit of honey to the marinade for sweetness. Will recommend and will cook this again

I knew right away after watching the show that I wanted to try this recipe. I do not eat red meat, so this is a great alternative to the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich. The chicken was moist and delicious. The pepperoni gave it that extra bite. I did not have provolone cheese so I used a combination collby longhorn and monterey jack. It worked really well.

Thanks again Big Daddy for another winning recipe.

This sandwich was absolutely great. We added some mushrooms and cooked bacon instead of the peperoni. Will make this again.

This was outstanding! I love BDs sandwiches. I can not wait to make the pork belly sandwich. This had big flavor just the way I like it hearty and delicious. BD is the sandwich King.
