TOE-CURLING!! The look on my husband's face was priceless. No substitutions--made it exactly as written. This shouldn't be Foodnetwork; it should be McCargo Network. His recipes are the highest rated across the board for good reason.

Made these today with a few changes. I used half pepper jack half sharp cheddar. I also simmered the chicken in enchilada sauce instead of BBQ, our family isn't into BBQ sauce.

I made these for a bridal shower following the recipe to the letter. I made one side with the chicken and one side with steak they were a big hit! Yummy!!

WOW!! This was absolutely delicious! My whole family loved it! I made a cheese sauce without jalapenos for my kids. We saved the cheese and ate it as a dip the next day! It was fabulous!!
