My six yr old help to make this and we loved it. She made a toast with her juice cup saying to delicious food. I saw this meal on your show and had to try it. P.S. my husband came home and ate the leftovers. Keep up the good work!--oh use less salt.

I just made this frittata along with a salad for my family for dinner. Everyone loved it. It's a great way to use up garden fresh produce this time of year!
Substitutions: I omitted the pancetta since I'm a vegetarian, used mozzarella instead of swiss, no mint and doubled the basil, and used three whole eggs plus seven egg whites for a total of 10 eggs. It took 30 minutes in the oven.
The basil makes it taste so fresh. If I make this again, I would like to try it with swiss and all egg whites. Thanks for a great summer recipe that pleased my picky family!

I made this for my family and they LOVED IT
The flavors are AWESOME and this is very easy to make. The one thing I will change next time is the salt. Came out very salty because of the pancetta & 1TBS sea salt maybe 1 tsp instead. However we love salt so it was still great. Very light dish and looks great plated up. We have made every dish on this episode and they are all excellent. Thanks Big Daddy we love your show.

How about I was singing as we ate this!!! Thanks so much for adding a new breakfast item to our menu!

I forgot to pick up mint at the market, and I used monterray jack instead of swiss. In spite of these small deviations, this frittata was OFF THE CHAN!! No other way to describe it. All the flavors were wonderful, and my husband and I truly enjoyed it! We're looking forward to our leftovers tomorrow!

    Thanks Big Daddy :-

Wow. I've grilled zuccini before and the kids run for the hills. This time my 11yr old son did half the work and when we were done he demolished this dish.
Thanks Big Daddy, now I know how to sneak veggies into their belly.
I tell ya fresh herbs rule and the kitchen smells great while cooking.
Family members catch a waft and wonder in asking whatcha cooking that smells good, let me know when its done.

    Thanks,
    Big Daddy in training...LOL

I really loved this dish. I was a little skeptical because I don't like egg whites but this dish was so flavorful. I used guyere and added salt and pepper to the egg whites. I am happy that I tried this recipe because I enjoyed it and it is also light.
