wow!! Hands down, best fish sandwich I have EVER had!! I used tilapia and it turned out amazing. Make sure you find a good soft baguette or your jaw will hate you, the grapeseed oil is a MUST....also with the sauce, you can omit the sardines without losing flavor...making this again tonight...had to write a review because this sandwich is over the top tastey!

I used fresh caught striped bass and it was outstanding. That particular fish was so mild, I think it would be even better with catfish. The sauce is killer. I added pickles, but ended up taking them off--not needed. The sauce would be great with fried oysters!

This meal was devoured in minutes! My son even ate the fish and he thinks he hates fish...lol! We told them they were crabby patties!

Aaron has done it again! This is the first flounder recipe I've tried that we both liked. It's very easy to make and very, very good. The sauce is perfect with it.

The fish is nice and crispy, then I just had to keep eating as I could not figure out where the sauce played a part, then realized that it just blends in and the sandwich would not be the same without it. I have never been so intrigued by food.
