Delicious!! My husband and girls love this for Sunday morning breakfasts. They could eat it every week. Very good. Only thing I do different - I start the bacon first - to allow it to crisp - then add the onions (I don't put them in the pan together right away.

I've been making this recipe for about a year now and it is just fabulous. I love making it for guests, especially those not familiar with grits, and listen to the raves. Great side, Aaron. Thanks

Aaron, everytime I watch your show, my mouth waters. These grits are a perfect example of what I am talking about. They were creamy and delicious. Adding bacon and onions was the icing on the cake. Only 1 problem- my husband loved them so much, I'm practically making them every weekend!

These were the best grits I have eaten. My "Yankee" husband, who never eats grits, even liked them. The recipe was easy and I will for sure make them again.

Aaron, these grits are the greatests! I've tried several recipes in the past, but these are by far the best and the creamiest. I follow the recipe exactly, except I substitute the milk with 1 cup evaporated milk, and 1/2 cup water. This really kicks up the richness of the grits. I also use the butter-flavored instant grits. Thanks for such a simple, yet tasy version of cheese grits!

I must say that everything this episode had was great. Every time I watch the show, which is everytime it is on, I relate to his recipes. They are simple, good and beautiful. I hope the food network knows how fortunate they are to have such a down home talented chef.

These grits are really good! Only thing I did different was to use chicken stock instead of water, but this is a great recipe - it was a total hit & everybody loved them!
