My mother who is 38 made this. My entire family and I love this! Its amazing! This is a keeper completely. Aaron, you make the best meals and you are my favorite chef :D

This chicken is a regular at our house. We do it sometimes with the salad, something without. My son loves to smash the doritos, and do the dredging. It is so yummy! Way to go Aaron!!!

I only made the dorito chicken tenders and they only took about 3 min total to cook. Great crunch and goes well with baked sweet potatoes.

Another winner from Aaron! I had some women over from my church and everyone raved about the dish. One senior lady said it was the best salad she has had in her life! Compliments to Aaron! All of Aaron's recipe's I have tried have been a hit. The chicken is oh so moist and the flavors of the salad are unforgettable! You will not be disappointed!
Note: The second time I made this recipe, I seasoned the chicken first with Aaron's seasoning and then proceeded with the breading. The chicken had a lot more flavor - for those who love flavorful chicken.

I made this recipe first for myself, then again last week for my buddies to wolf down during SuperBowl. They went absolutely nuts for it, and they are NOT salad lovers! This is "guy food" with a healthy twist. Thanks, Aaron!

This was wonderful. I made it Friday and Saturday night. I am not a big ranch dressing type of girl... but this was great. The blue tortilla chips looked a bit weird when I cooked them... but they were still delicious. On Saturday night, I mixed the spicy nachos and blue tortilla chips together... It was a smash... I only got six pieces the entire weekend. The family ate them up... I will definitely be making this again...

I absolutley love Aarons recipes. The seasoning is also outstanding. It goes well with most of the foods I cook. Kids and husband loved the strips and ask for more. Next time I will have to make extra.
