I didn't get to make the salad part only the chicken tenders which i changed the recipe alittle, instead of using spicy nachos i used regular nacho chips and added cayenne pepper, salt, pepper, and red peppers in the nachos. I also used the regular vegetable oil. It pretty much tasted llike buffalo wings. My kids love nachos so this recipe is a good appetizer for them. All I need to do is add the salad next time..

This recipe created a new word in my families vocabulary..."awesomlicious"! My family loves the salad and the chicken tenders just the way the recipe has it!! My family tried capers for the very first time and everything was a hit!! Thanks Aaron waiting to see you back on December 7th!! :

Big Daddy's House is a family event in our house. When we saw this show, we knew we had to make. And it was a Grand Slam. My kids love salads and different ways of eating it. We all grubbed on this. All you heard at the table was umm, aah, oh yeah. Thanks Aaron from the Gibson Family.

Made this for dinner tonight and it was pretty good. Real easy recipe, just make sure and crush the chips a lot because it can be a little difficult to cover the tenders with big pieces of chip. Better with hot sauce on them... chips don't really retain much of the flavor after cooking.

Big Daddy's seasoning sounds exactly like Emeril's Essence seasoning.

I made the chicken tenders for my family and they loved them. My daughter said they were the best she's ever had. They were crunchy on the outside and very juicy on the inside.

Very easy to make and a nice change from the usual fried chicken. We made half with Nacho Doritos and half with Cool Ranch Doritos; used ranch dressing as a dipping sauce and it was a big hit!!
