I'm glad I read the reviews first and halved the recipe. This was quite tasty! I only tweaked a couple of things based on personal taste and what I had on hand. I used low-fat mayo and dill relish. I also added just a bit of yellow mustard. I used the full amount (even though I halved everything else of the relish and Worcestershire sauce. Served with hot dogs at lunch. My almost 4 year old, 9 month old and I really liked it. We have enough to last us a few days. Will keep this for picnics and potlucks coming up this summer.

Wow! This is the BEST macaroni salad ever!! I will never buy that store bought crap again. I halved the recipe and used a couple dashes of tapatio, and added the full amount of Worcestershire. I cooked my noodles to al dente and seasoned the pasta water with salt so I didn't add that much salt to the final product. You have to give this a try! Take it to a bbq, everyone will love you!

I cut this in fourth, and used 2/3 cup mayo at first, but later added another 1/4 cup as it seemed under dressed. I also added 1 tsp prepared yellow mustard because I thought the flavor to be a bit bland. It's quite similar to a potato salad flavor and since we are doing a low-carb diet, this may replace potato salad in our routine meals. We used Dream Fields Pasta brand low-carb elbows and they taste just like Barilla or any other "normal" high carb pasta.

First, let me say....I hate macaroni salad. I saw this episode when it first aired and figured I would give it a try (especially since I had a picnic that I needed to bring something to. For someone who hates macaroni salad, I LOVE this. Since then, I've made it 5 times. Unfortunately 2 lbs. makes MEGA salad....hence the name. Everyone loves it.

Fantastic! Best I've ever had. It feeds an army, so I halved everything. I'm making it again tomorrow for our camping trip. Can't wait to dig in!

4-6 servings? You'd have to have some major biggin's to divide that into 4-6 servings.

Made this for my husband on Fathers Day! Everyone loved it. Used dill relish instead. Thanks Aaron for a very tasty salad.
