I used Yukon Golds and cut them into wedges. The smoked paprika makes the dish!!!!

Love these fries, will not use the garlic next time, will be making these instead of the frozen ones.

This fries are amazing! I can pair them with anything. My whole family loves them and constantly begs me to make them. I am so thankful I found this recipe. I love everything that I've made from chef McCargo!

I made these for my boyfriend and I and we loved them. I used red potatoes instead of Russet just because I prefer them. Also, I don't have a mandolin so I just kind of cubed the potatoes. They still turned out great. The seasoning has a great flavor.

I tried this recipe on Friday and then again on Sunday. I made extra on Sunday so I could have them for lunch on Monday. I did not think I would like any fries unless they were hot straight from the grease. Reheated fries, "I do not think so", at least not for me. These fries were so good and well seasoned. I even tried them reheated and they were just as good. I did have to let them cook longer than what the recipe called for. I am not turned on to the baked seasoned fries.

My kids love these potatoes! I used regular corn oil, and the potatoes took longer than 30 min. to get cooked. But they came out crispy and with lots of flavor. The smoky paprika is our new favorite!

My 7 year son has requested these fries numerous times over the past couple of months. He constantly asks for the "smokey fries" and I had to come back for the rub recipe today because I finally ran out of it. Thanks Aaron. Keep smiling and creating delicious food.
