Literally our favorite ribs - we have been using the rub recipe since the first time we saw this episode years ago. AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME!!!!! We use baby back ribs and it's AMAZING! Thanks Aaron!

This recipe was ON POINT!!! It made cheap ribs taste like the best cuts of meat!!! I used it for July 4, 2011 and the family is STILL talking about the ribs!

This recipe is great!!! The ribs had a little kick to them that the adults at the housewarming party absolutely loved. I followed the recipe precisely but I did not make the buttermilk sauce. We wanted to keep the ribs as dry and used a homemade regular bbq sauce on the side. It was amazing the flavor that the ribs had with no sauce on them. I wanted everyone to be able to taste the actual rub. It was a great idea to serve the sauce on the side.

I've made these at least a dozen times for dinner parties/pot lucks, and continue to get compliments on them. I prefer to steam the ribs rather than stew them, as you don't use as much of the rub. Also, I find that stewing them in the cola removes all of the rub from the ribs. The recipe for the dry rub will make a lot extra, which I've learned to store away for the next time. I don't throw the ribs back in the oven after BBQing with the reduced cider glaze, as I find that this already gives the sweet/hot flavour. Also, I don't use the buttermilk. THESE ARE THE BEST!

I wanted to love these, but I didn't. I probably did something wrong since there are close to 100 five star reviews. Maybe I'll try again.

I love the rub! Received lots of compliments on my ribs. They taste soo good ... need no other sauce with them ... not even BBQ sauce. Finger lickin' delicious!

This has become my husbands favorite way to eat ribs. Headed to the store in the morn to get all ingredients to cook them this weekend!

These were the best ribs I ever had. Compliments were given on them from my aunt who is the grilling queen and my cousin who can cook her behind off. I am a novice cook and look to food network greats like Aaron, Alton, The Neelys and Paula for all the help I can get. They are like a firing squad and keep me getting compliments for their recipes. In spite of burning the ribs a bit, they still got rave reviews. This summer I will be grilling them again using indirect cooking, hopefully with less charring. I know it will then be a bigger hit. Thanks Aaron, keep on cooking baby, this is your niche.
